Gregory Herlong

Gregory Herlong has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Gregory started their career as a Real Estate Services Coordinator at CB Richard Ellis, where they managed multiple properties and represented various clients. Gregory then worked as an Acquisitions Intern at Broad Reach Retail Partners before joining Wexford Science & Technology, LLC as an Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Associate. Gregory later joined Tradepoint Atlantic as a Senior Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Development at Wexford Science & Technology, LLC.

Gregory Herlong obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University in the period between 2005 and 2009. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, specifically focusing on Real Estate Development. Before college, they attended Providence Day School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Gregory Herlong also holds certifications such as being Argus Software Certified, completing Bloomberg Essentials Training, and possessing an MD Real Estate Salesperson License, although it is currently on Inactive Status.
