Joey Northcott

Joey Northcott currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Technical Services at Weyerhaeuser, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Joey Northcott had a long tenure at REI from 1998 to February 2023, where positions included Divisional Vice President of Technology Transformation Management, responsible for overseeing technology initiatives aligned with strategic transformation goals, and Divisional Vice President of Enterprise Technology Services, leading multiple technology domains including cloud services and data management. Previous roles also included IT Director and IT Infrastructure Manager, focusing on infrastructure engineering and service delivery, as well as senior systems engineering positions managing storage and Windows servers. Joey Northcott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at El Paso.
