Zack Hill

Zack Hill currently serves as Logistics Director at Weyerhaeuser since September 2023. Previously, Zack worked for Shoemaker Manufacturing Company from September 2011 to September 2023, first as Director of Supply Chain and IT, overseeing procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and information technology, and then as Director of Operations Planning, managing various functions including raw material procurement, transportation, warehousing, and production scheduling while also developing subordinate leaders. Prior roles include Transportation Planner at PACCAR, Service Tech Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, and Logistics Officer in the US Army. Zack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Gonzaga University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
