Sarah Schieferstein

Sarah Schieferstein is a software engineer currently employed at Working Families Party as a Votivate Software Engineer since March 2023. Previously, Sarah worked at Ocient from January 2019 to March 2023, progressing through roles from Software Engineer I to Staff Software Engineer. Sarah's experience includes a teaching assistant position for CS 241 System Programming at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2018, as well as internships at Ocient, Yahoo, AbbVie, and State Farm. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
