Jennifer Menkowski

Jennifer Menkowski is currently the VP of Finance at Wells Group of New York. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Operations, Finance & Analytics at Brooks Brothers from September 2017 to December 2021. Before Brooks Brothers, they were at The Topps Company from August 2016 to May 2017 as the Finance Senior Director of the Sports & Entertainment Division.

At Brooks Brothers, Jennifer was responsible for all financial, accounting and strategic planning for NASE physical products (~$130M gross sales) across wholesale and ecom distribution channels. Jennifer also led a cross-functional team to automate close activities for the ecommerce channel, gaining several working days during the close process while also ensuring accounting treatments for sales (normal and key initiatives i.e. loyalty programs, team reserves and MLB Star Wars Authentics JV) were properly recorded.

At The Topps Company, Jennifer was a member of division executive team and the division finance lead. Jennifer was responsible for minimizing unexpected year-end write-offs and instituting new finance month-end procedures to ensure unexpected financial write-offs were no longer an issue. Jennifer also increased communication with teams within the division to ensure division bottoms-up monthly forecasts were accurate, minimizing reportable variances.

Jennifer Menkowski attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. Jennifer then went on to Wake Forest University to complete their education.
