Roman Sedivy

Roman Sedivy currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Whalebone, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Roman Sedivy was with ROI Hunter from October 2014 to September 2023, where roles included VP of Customer Success, Customer Success Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on building a scalable infrastructure, expanding into the UK market, and delivering customer success through the platform's features. Earlier experience includes project management at Business Factory s.r.o., IT office support at Dixons Retail, online marketing specialization at Revista online s.r.o., and data auditing at CGI. Roman Sedivy holds a Master's degree in Risk Management and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Informatics from Brno University of Technology.
