Torian Pope

Torian Pope has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. They started their career in 2008 as a Computer Sales Representative at Best Buy, where they provided customer support and contributed to the sales of computers and accessories. They then worked at Welch's as a Service Desk Intern, managing computer switching and setup, performing inventory checks, and providing help desk service.

In 2010, Torian joined the Hamilton College ITS Help Desk as a Help Desk Technician, where they provided customer support and managed service floor operations. They also checked in/out camera equipment for tracking purposes.

Torian then interned at Old Mutual Asset Management as a Help Desk and Business System Intern, where they upgraded software, created asset tags, and managed technology inventory. They also completed the annual E-Cycle of obsolete technology.

From 2014 to 2015, Torian worked as an Associate Technology Consultant at iCorps Technologies, providing customer support, assisting with client migration to Office 365, and installing client applications.

In 2015, Torian joined Harvard University as a Field Service Technician, where they imaged and prepared new machines, provided troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office 365, and set up computers, mobile devices, and printers.

Torian's most recent position was at Whalerock Industries as the Director of IT & Facilities Operations. In this role, they provided troubleshooting support across all levels of the organization, assisted in the design and implementation of various projects, and served as the main point of contact for the CEO and their office.

Currently, Torian is working as an IT Consultant at DOGPOUND, where they manage and design external email campaigns, execute SMS campaigns, and create IT manuals and procedures for general company operations. They also serve as the administrator for Gsuite accounts and implement a text-based app called Community.

Overall, Torian Pope has a strong background in IT customer support, software implementation, system maintenance, and project management.

Torian Pope attended Madison Park Vocational Technical High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their High School Diploma. Torian'sfield of study at this institution was Computer Hardware and Software. Later, from 2010 to 2014, Torian Pope pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre at Hamilton College.
