Sara Adams

Sara Adams has had a diverse work experience in the innovation and consulting field. Sara started their career as a Senior Consultant at SHM Ltd in 2001, and then joined Synectics as a Partner in 2003. In 2008, they became an Innovation Consultant at their own company, Sara Adams. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Happen.com, initially as a Senior Innovation Agent and then as a Director, where they focused on strategic innovation, consumer-led research, business case development, and marketing and brand planning. Since 2020, Sara has been working as a Client Director at ?What If! Innovation.

Sara Adams attended Dr Challoner's High School from 1985 to 1991. Sara then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social & Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994, earning an MA.
