Graham Livesey

Graham Livesey is currently the Head of Recruitment at What3words. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Savvy from November 2018 to May 2019. At Savvy, Graham was responsible for building and driving a sustainable talent pipeline across all business units, managing the end to end candidate experience, and grew the team globally from 10 – 45 in the space of 3 months. Graham also implemented a new ATS (Workable), recruited across Front End (ReactJS, React Native) Back End (Elixir, Erlang, Node.JS) Product Design (Web/Mobile UX UI) DevOps, QA, Support, Marketing (Social, PPC, SEO, PR & Comms), and reported directly into the CEO. Their KPIs monitored were AVG time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Retention Rate. Graham leveraged social media channels to build brand awareness and drive talent engagement and interest.

The business launched as PayBear in February 2017 and rebranded to Savvy and announced its digital wallet at the start of 2019. Innovations in blockchain technology have enabled the Savvy platform to process transactions with record-low transaction fees while supporting payments through dozens of cryptocurrencies.

After completing a degree in Business Studies from Loughborough University, Graham Livesey pursued a career in the culinary arts, completing a diploma with distinction from Westminster Kingsway College. Graham has since worked as a chef in various restaurants in London and the surrounding area.
