Bill Ronhaar, WTP, NTP

Bill Ronhaar began their career in 1984 as Corporate Manager at Land Title and Escrow Company of Skagit County. In 2014, they joined Whatcom Land Title Company, Inc. as Senior Vice President/Chief Underwriting Officer. In 2017, they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer and President at Whatcom Land Title Company, Inc., where they continue to work.

Bill Ronhaar completed a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University from 1970 to 1976. In October 2018, they obtained the Washington Title Professional certification from the WASHINGTON LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION. In November 2018, they obtained the National Title Professional certification from the American Land Title Association.
