Wheaton Academy
Jim Rathbun has extensive experience in international education and global mission work. Currently serving as the Director for Northeast Asia and Deputy Senior Director for East Asia at The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) since November 2006, Rathbun focuses on equipping local fellowships for mission deployment. In addition, Rathbun has held consultancy roles in international education with Wheaton Academy and WAnet since January 2017. Previously, Rathbun contributed as President and Board Member at Wheaton Christian Grammar School and directed new member development at TEAM from 1987 to 2006. Additional roles include serving as Assistant Principal at Christiansen Academy and teaching high school mathematics at First Baptist Academy. Rathbun's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Christian Education.
