Felicity Withington-Bandic CPA, CMA

Felicity Withington-Bandic is a CPA, CMA with extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Felicity is currently serving as the Vice President of Taxation at Wheaton Precious Metals since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Planning & Tax at SSR Mining Inc. from April 2012 to March 2022.

Before joining SSR Mining Inc., Felicity worked as the Director of Tax for Canadian and European operations at Walter Energy Inc. (Western Coal Corporation) from November 2010 to April 2012.

Felicity also served as the Director of Canadian Tax at Intrawest ULC from January 2009 to November 2010.

Earlier in their career, Felicity worked at KPMG LLP as a Senior Manager, first in Tax Reporting from January 2008 to January 2009, and then in Transfer Pricing from December 2004 to January 2008. In their role in Transfer Pricing, they provided advisory services to multinational organizations on taxation and economic issues related to cross-border transactions.

Additionally, Felicity worked as the Director of Taxation for Australia and Asia at Lendlease from November 1999 to September 2002. Felicity started their career at EY, where they served as a Manager from February 1995 to November 1999.

Following this, in 1996, they attended UNSW and obtained a Masters degree in Taxation, which they completed in 1997. Finally, Felicity Withington-Bandic CPA, CMA enrolled in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2007 to 2009, where they earned their CPA, CMA qualification in Accounting and Finance.
