Kathleen Isabelle

Kathleen Isabelle, MBA has extensive work experience in the waste management and customer experience industries. Kathleen is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at WIN Waste Innovations since March 2021. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Wheelabrator Technologies as the Director of Customer Experience and Project Manager for Customer Experience. Kathleen also gained valuable experience in project management and instructional design as a Project Manager/Instructional Designer at CVS Health from 2019 to 2020. Kathleen's earlier roles at Waste Management include Senior Project Manager, Inbound B2B Sales/Customer Service Manager, Inside B2B Sales Manager, and Performance Consultant.

Kathleen Isabelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business. Kathleen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rhode Island College in 1991. In addition, they studied French at the University of Paris from 1986 to 1987 and completed coursework in International Relations at San Francisco State University from 1984 to 1986.
