Crissy Hart

Joining the team as one of their renowned Sr. Property Managers, Crissy comes to them with over 15 years of industry experience. Previously, Crissy has managed properties in the Southeast ranging from small neighborhood centers to lifestyle regional shopping centers, giving her the opportunity to build up her success in tenant retention as well as budgetary responsibility within her portfolio. Now, Crissy manages a portfolio of 15 properties totaling over 1.4M SF. As a direct result of her industry success and experience, Crissy has been recognized by the community on multiple occasions. Crissy also holds her CSM designation through the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has been a Georgia resident for more than 20 years, loves animals, and can be found camping with her family or anywhere near a body of water in her spare time.
