Jonathan Higgins

Jonathan Higgins is a Project Manager and Estimator at Wheeler Services Inc. since June 2015, with previous experience as a Design Engineer at LBYD, Inc. from January 2007 to August 2009. Jonathan holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, attained between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
