Matt Plavnick

Matt Plavnick has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt started their career as a Team Leader, Field Specialist, and Field Staff at Alternative Youth Adventures, where they led wilderness expeditions and managed team members. Matt later worked as an ESL Instructor at Universidad Regional del Sureste before joining Raytheon Polar Services as an Antarctic Shuttle Driver and Supply Coordinator, supporting science operations in Antarctica.

Matt then transitioned to the marketing field, starting as a Marketing Communications Manager at Holland & Hart LLP, where they managed messaging initiatives and led a team of writers and designers. Matt later took on a similar role at Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell LLP, where they supported client service and satisfaction initiatives and led marketing and PR efforts.
