Reid Higgins

Reid Higgins is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as a Team Coordinator at WheelHouse IT since May 2023, Reid previously held the position of IT Manager at Informa Markets for a short tenure. Prior to that, Reid worked at Society Mortgage as a System Administrator from May 2021 to February 2023. From August 2018 to May 2021, Reid gained valuable experience at Zones, LLC in various capacities including Quality Assurance Analyst Team Lead, Microsoft Office 365 Tier 3 Support Technician, Breakfix Technician, and Field Technician. Reid earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University at Albany between 2014 and 2018.
