Tracey Williams

Tracey Williams, PHR, currently serves as Senior Manager of Benefits at Wheels Up, where responsibilities include designing and executing benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction through comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans. Prior to this role, Tracey held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst at Ingevity, focusing on the design and implementation of employee benefits to improve quality of life. Tracey also served as HR Leader at JW Aluminum, managing the Human Resources function for a non-union manufacturing plant and earlier as an HRIS Benefits Administrative Specialist, overseeing various HR functions including benefits administration. Additional experience includes roles at Commonwealth Financial Group, Trident Health System, and Merrill Lynch. Tracey obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University in May 2023.
