Ons D. has a background in biotechnology, having worked as a Biotechnologist at both the Military Hospital of Tunis Instruction and Institut Pasteur. Ons also has experience in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Agent at Tecnocasa Tunisie. Currently, Ons serves as the CS Team Lead UK&FR at Wheely, after previous roles at Qatar Airways where Ons started as a Customer Service Agent and worked their way up to Lead Customer Service Agent and Customer Service Supervisor. Ons holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Tunis El Manar.
