Joseph Blair

Joseph Blair has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Joseph is currently the Human Resources Director at Whelen Engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ruger Firearms from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they were a Senior HR Generalist at Hypertherm from 2013 to 2017. Joseph also served as a Value Stream Manager at Kennedy Valve Company from 2012 to 2013. Joseph held multiple roles at Alcoa, including Continuous Improvement/Lean Manager, HR Manager, and Labor Relations Manager, from 2006 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Lear Corporation as an HR Generalist and EHS Manager from 2003 to 2006. Joseph began their career as an EHS Supervisor at Quebecor World from 2000 to 2003.

Joseph Blair attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Industrial Safety Sciences.
