Alec Atlas

Alec Atlas serves as the Vice President at Whetstone Distribution since November 2022, where the focus is on merging historic family-owned businesses with industry expertise in the food distribution sector. Concurrently, Alec holds the position of Operating Executive in the CXO leadership program at Shore Capital Partners, which places MBA graduates in key executive roles within the firm’s portfolio companies. Previous experience includes roles at Coyote Logistics, encompassing Innovation Project Manager and various positions in Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as early career experience in audit and transaction advisory services at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and Crowe. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning and Services from the same institution.
