Jade Shearstone has over 12 years of work experience. Jade began their career in 2008 as a Talent Consultant at Gaulter Russell Numero (NZ) Ltd. In 2011, they moved to London 2012 as an Event Communications & Recruitment Programs. In 2012, they joined Xero as a Talent Experience & Event Management, where they were responsible for event management for sales events & classroom certification training, office management for the Sydney office, and end-to-end recruitment across Australia & New Zealand for Business Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Design. In 2014, they took on a Change Management Specialist role at Air New Zealand, and also rejoined Xero as a R&D Planning Manager and Talent Operations, where they were a global subject matter expert for the new ATS implementation, Jobvite. In 2016, they joined Intercom as a R&D Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Senior Product Specialist. In 2021, they joined Xero again as a Product Operations Manager. Finally, in 2022, they joined Whimsical as a Support Experience.

Jade Shearstone has attended the Product Institute, altMBA, and The University of Auckland. Jade obtained their BA in English and Theatre from The University of Auckland. Jade has also obtained certifications in Leadership Program from Ascend, OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method, and Responsive PPM Certified from Responsive Product Portfolio Management in November 2021.
