Lauren Mullane

Lauren Mullane has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Lauren started their career at Assured Neace Lukens in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2015, they joined Deluxe Corporation as a Business Development Representative, where they were responsible for acquiring new clients through various sales strategies. Later that year, they transitioned to the role of Senior Internet Marketing Specialist at Deluxe Corporation, where they worked directly with small to medium-sized businesses to improve their online marketing strategies. Lauren'sskills in Sales Force, SEO, PPC, SEM, and Social Media Marketing Campaign Management were essential in achieving this. In 2016, they moved to Townsquare Interactive as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. Finally, in 2018, they joined Whip Around as a Senior Customer Success Manager and was promoted to the position of Director of Customer Success in 2020. Lauren has a strong background in customer success and digital marketing, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
