Chad van Hulzen

Chad Van Hulzen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chad started their career as a Logistics Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1993. After that, they worked as a Sales Rep/Territory Manager at Snowden Pencer from 1993 to 1995. Chad then joined Target in 1995 as a Group Leader for two years before taking on various roles such as Regional Transportation Manager, Senior Group Leader, and HQ Distribution Services Manager from 1998 to 2011. Chad also served as an Infrastructure Software Deployment Manager and Deployment Coordination Manager at Target from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Performance Team as a Senior Operations Manager before transitioning to Whiplash in 2015. At Whiplash, they served as the Building Manager responsible for customer relationships, employee development, customer service, P&L management, and daily operations for a multi-client 3PL warehouse. Chad then took on the role of General Manager - Western Region from 2018 to 2021 and currently holds the position of Senior Director Customer Logistics at Whiplash since June 2021.

Chad Van Hulzen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy from 1983 to 1987. Chad later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of St. Thomas from 2002 to 2004.
