Colin R. Lambert has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at Brighton Cromwell, LLC and its successor, Blue Raven Solutions. Their responsibilities included business development, sales, supply chain management, and developing partnerships with defense manufacturers and channel partners. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Aero Precision, focusing on aftermarket sales and program management for military aircraft and defense systems. Since 2019, Colin has been with Whippany Actuation Systems, where they started as the Business Unit Manager for the Military Product Line before becoming the Business Unit Manager for Utility Actuation. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Colin R. Lambert completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Colin R. attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in the TransDigm Leadership Development Program from USC Marshall Executive Education in August 2022.
