MEDIA COORDINATOR – UEFA

We are looking for a Media Coordinator to join the UEFA department.

The role will be integral to the delivery of content for magazine programmes relating to the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and the Europa Conference League.

It will also cover content relating to the UEFA European qualifiers and the UEFA Nations League output.

We are looking for someone who has experience using Adobe Premier and Media encoder and is passionate about postproduction, has a strong attention to detail and can work well as part of a team. 

A knowledge and passion for football both domestic and International is vital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all content is labelled, stored, and processed correctly
  • Syncing, compiling, and exporting all rushes to UEFA/Whisper requirements
  • Creating edit projects
  • First point of contact for APs and Editors with regards to any media issues
  • Managing workspaces to ensure they are kept at a sensible level
  • Archiving and keeping accurate records of all media

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Premier and Media Encoder
  • Good knowledge of broadcast file formats and codecs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and new systems
  • Good communication skills and an aptitude to learn new tasks
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and manage relationships in a diverse team.

Location:

This role will be based in Kew.

Working hours:

This role will require flexibility and some weekend working. Lieu days will be given for any days worked over a five-day week.

The role will require the successful applicant to be in the office 5 days a week.

Whisper operates a 4:1 working from home policy which the successful applicant will be offered once they pass their probationary period and are comfortable performing and completing all daily tasks.
