Rajeev Singh

Rajeev Singh has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Rajeev started their career at IBM as an Application Programmer, where they developed programs and reports for a telecom company. Rajeev then worked as a Business Analyst, leading a team and delivering solutions for a major telco in North America.

Rajeev later joined Jamcracker as a Business Analyst in the Cloud Computing field. In this role, they led the onboarding of Cloud ISVs onto the Jamcracker platform.

After that, Rajeev joined Amdocs, where they held multiple roles. As a Lead Business Analyst and Customer Delivery Manager, they were responsible for the solution design and delivery of heavily customized ITSM ticketing tools for Amdocs Managed Services accounts. Rajeev also worked as a Manager, leading the implementation of ITSM tools and Android development for the managed services division.

In their most recent role at Amdocs, Rajeev worked as a Solutions Architect, covering the Asia Pacific region. Rajeev was responsible for scoping, solution design, and implementation of projects in IT Service Management, OSS, and Service Assurance for APAC customers.

Currently, Rajeev is working at Whispir as the Head of Solution Architecture - Asia. Rajeev leads the Solution Architecture team and is responsible for technical sales, solution architecture, and product consulting for the Asian region. Rajeev has extensive experience in technical sales and solution architecture for major clients in Asia.

Rajeev Singh attended Madhav Institute of Technology and Science in Gwalior from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Vonage API Sales Certification from Vonage in May 2020, Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in July 2019, Big Data Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in April 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma in July 2016.
