Lee Threlfall has extensive work experience in the field of reward and compensation. Lee began their career at First Book as Vice President and Director of Programs. Lee then worked at Quintiles UK/ Innovex as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst before moving on to DX (Group) plc as Compensation & Benefits Manager. Following this, they worked as a Reward Specialist at The Wellcome Trust. Lee also worked as a Reward Consultant at People & Partners, Quintiles, and LEO Pharma A/S. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Reward at Whistl.

Lee Threlfall obtained a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, where they attended from 1994 to 1996. Prior to this, Threlfall was enrolled in the MBA - Managers Programme at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1992 to 1994. Earlier in their academic journey, Threlfall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed from 1984 to 1986.
