Andrew Hrdlicka

Andrew Hrdlicka has over 13 years of work experience, beginning in 2008 at BOK Financial as a Risk Management Associate. Andrew then moved to Risk Control Officer in the same company, and then to Modeling and Analytics Officer. In 2012, they joined Peabody Energy as a Senior Specialist in Risk Management. In 2015, they became a Marketing Data Scientist and then a Senior Risk Modeling Analyst at Scottrade. In 2017, they joined Maritz Motivation Solutions as Lead Data Scientist, and in 2021 they became Co-Founder and Data Czar at Whistle Systems. Throughout their career, Andrew has led cross-functional teams, developed decision tree models, and created executive dashboard reports. Andrew has also worked with various platforms to populate data lakes, enforced strict typing, and aggregated data.

Andrew Hrdlicka received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa in 2008, followed by their Master of Science in Finance, General in 2010, also from The University of Tulsa.
