Claire Richardson

Claire Richardson has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Claire is currently working as an HRBP & EVP Lead at Whitbread since October 2023. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Sapphire from April 2023 to October 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Costa Coffee as a People and Change Lead from March 2022 to December 2022, and as a Senior People Partner from September 2021 to March 2022. Claire also worked at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I as a People Director - BU West (UK&I) from January 2019 to September 2020. Claire'sexperience also includes working at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they held various roles such as Head of People - BU North from November 2016 to December 2018, People Business Partner from September 2014 to November 2016, and People Business Developer from January 2011 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Adviser at Fujitsu from November 2007 to December 2010, and as an HR Assistant at Schneider Electric from January 2006 to November 2007. Claire'sfirst HR role was as an HR Administrator at Alpha Flight Services from June 2002 to November 2005.

Claire Richardson attended Queensbury Upper School from 1999 to 2001. Claire then went on to attend the University of Hertfordshire from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. Additionally, they earned CIPD Membership during their time at the University of Hertfordshire.
