Karen Mitchell has extensive work experience at Whitbread and Whitbread Group Plc. Karen began their career at Whitbread Group Plc in 2000 as a Group HR Administrator, providing support to the Group HR Director. Karen'sresponsibilities included creating offer packs, conducting salary and bonus reviews, and managing recruitment processes. Karen then transitioned to the roles of Change & Licence Administrator and Change & Transition Analyst. In 2012, they joined Whitbread as a PA to the CIO & Admin Manager, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks, such as organizing travel, screening inquiries, and managing the Administration team. Karen later became a PA to the Group Operations Director, where they continued to provide administrative support and ensure a high level of service to the Management Team. Throughout their roles, Karen has demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Karen Mitchell has completed Counsellor Training at Langley Therapy.
