Shridhar Kumar

Shridhar Kumar has extensive work experience in HR transformation and management. Shridhar is currently the Head of HR Transformation at Whitbread, where they manage relationships with stakeholders and leads the implementation of technology systems. Prior to this, they held various roles at Tesco, including Head of HR Service Model & Quality Assurance, Head of Testing, Head of Product, Head of Payroll and Transformation Programmes, Programme Lead, and Payroll Project Lead. In these positions, they oversaw the transition and improvement of HR services, led testing and quality assurance activities, and managed payroll and personnel systems. Before joining Tesco, Shridhar held management positions at IBM, Mphasis, convergys india services, genpact, and GECIS.

Shridhar Kumar attended MGR Institute of Hotel Management from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they studied at Adarsh Vidyalaya from 1989 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Shridhar obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2017.
