Asha Pegues

Asha Pegues has a strong work experience in the field of quality engineering. Asha started their career at Angel Homemaker Services, LLC as an Administrative Assistant, where they performed various administrative tasks including billing, proposal writing, and bookkeeping. In 2014, they joined Embraer as a Supplier Quality Analyst, where they addressed quality issues, conducted root cause analysis, and acted as a liaison between quality representatives and vendors. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer at Embraer, where they continued to perform audits, revise procedures, and conduct root cause analysis. In 2019, they moved to Meggitt as a Quality Engineer, where they revised procedures, performed root cause analysis, and developed training materials. Asha then joined Crestview Aerospace in 2021 as a Quality Engineer, before joining their current company, Whitcraft Group, in 2022. At Whitcraft Group, Asha serves as the Primary Quality contact for work transfer of various components and is responsible for obtaining special process approvals, performing gap analysis, and writing and submitting deviations. Overall, Asha has gained a comprehensive understanding of quality engineering processes and has consistently worked towards improving quality standards throughout their career.

Asha Pegues earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. In 2019, they obtained additional certifications in AS9102 First Article Inspection from Axeon Corporation and Fire Extinguisher Proficiency from Medley Fire Department.
