Eloise Nettleton

Eloise Nettleton has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Eloise started their career at Bethel University in 1987, where they served as the HRIS Manager, being involved in the development and coordination of the HRIS system. Eloise also served as the Coordinator of Employment and Operations, overseeing personnel operations and providing guidance on screening and selection techniques.

In 1995, Eloise worked at the City of Oak Park Heights as a Recording Secretary for two years.

Returning to Bethel University in 2005, Eloise took on the role of Assistant Director of Admissions Systems. Eloise effectively led a team responsible for data loading, entry, accuracy, and integrity, alongside managing statistical reporting and the implementation of new technologies/software systems.

Most recently, Eloise joined White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624, in 2015. Eloise initially served as a Registrar and later transitioned into the role of Administrative Assistant for Technology and Innovation.
