Tom Szymanski

Tom Szymanski has 27 years of work experience in various roles. Tom is currently serving as the Senior Director, Human Resources & Labor Relations at White Construction Inc. Since 1996, Tom has also worked at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) where they started as a Journeyman Wireman and later became a Business Representative - Labor Relations. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Board Trustee at the Terre Haute Apprenticeship Committee - THEJATC, where they were responsible for complying with regulations and developing policies and procedures. Tom also has experience as a Field Examiner Coop Internship at the National Labor Relations Board, a Graduate Research Assistantship at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Premium Auditor/Claims Representative at Heritage Mutual Insurance/Trustmark Insurance.

Tom Szymanski holds a Master's Degree in Labor Relations from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana State University. Tom also completed an apprenticeship in Inside Electrician at Terre Haute Electrical Apprenticeship. Additionally, they have studied Labor Studies at Indiana University Bloomington.
