Erin O'Donnell Rudalavage

Erin O'Donnell Rudalavage has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erin started their career as a Business Development Manager at Volt Technical Resources in 2008. Erin then worked as an Account Manager at Trusted Transportation Solutions from 2009 to 2011. Erin also gained experience as a Job Club Coordinator and Employment Consultant at EDSI in 2011, where they provided assistance and guidance to job seekers. Erin briefly served as a Career Counselor at MMI Preparatory School in 2012. In the same year, they took on the role of Director at Professionals Organized Working to Enrich the Region (POWER!) Hazleton, where they contributed to the promotion and development of the Northeastern Pennsylvania region. Erin worked as a Branch Manager at ManpowerGroup from 2012 to 2015, managing operations and ensuring profitability. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cognizant, a leading professional services company. At Recovery Centers of America, Erin worked as a Treatment Advocate from 2018 to 2020. Erin then became the Deputy Director at The Recovery Bank from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Erin holds the position of Director of Marketing and Communications Projects at White Deer Run Treatment Network starting in 2022.
