In Summary:
In this role you will be part of the team that manages six online casino brands across MGA and UKGC licences under the umbrella of Superfly Partners. As CRM Coordinator you will collaborate with and support your colleagues with the execution of high quality CRM material and campaigns across all our markets, communication channels, and brands.
As your experience and understanding of our tools and ambitions increase over time due to your natural curiosity and desire to learn, you will consistently take on additional responsibility and ownership of tasks and campaigns
Your day to day:
Plan and coordinate content creation and delivery with internal stakeholders for campaigns
Build and schedule marketing material in multiple languages across marketing channels such as: email, SMS, push notifications, on-site pop-ups, etc.
Assist manager and stakeholders with data collection for campaign analyses
Set up bonuses in back-office to support campaigns and CRM activities
Set up ad hoc and automated campaigns from beginning to end including scheduling and target groups
Coordinate closely with the VIP team
What we are looking for:
The optimal candidate already comes with some experience within online casino marketing and CRM and has:
Basic html knowledge
Project management and coordination skills
An analytical mindset
Experience building emails in CRM systems, preferably Exact Target
Experience with Optimove
Business fluency in English. Other native language skills can be an advantage
A flair for being proactive and an eye for details
On a more personal level, you have a positive mindset and understand the benefits of proactive communication and cooperation with colleagues. You also have a natural curiosity that results in a hunger for learning and understanding the output of our activities and the context you and we operate in, even outside your area of responsibility.
