Samantha Hunter-Gibbs is currently the Director of K-12 Education at the White House Historical Association. In their previous roles, Samantha has worked as the Rhode Island History Day Coordinator at National History Day and Rhode Island Historical Society, Education Outreach Manager at Rhode Island Historical Society, Curator of Education at Lippitt House Museum, and in various education-related positions at Concord Museum, Worcester Historical Museum, and DC History Center. Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Public History from American University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Throughout their career, Samantha has focused on creating and managing educational programs and resources for teachers and students across various historical organizations.
