WLA business language is English, and we do not require any Swedish language skills. This position is a full-time position in our Lidköping office. We do NOT offer remote work. Interviews are held in person, in Lidköping. 

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the front line of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to fuel our growth. This involves actively engaging with prospects to understand their needs and preferences and determining their suitability as potential clients. Your efforts as a sales development representative will be a significant part in fueling WLA’s expansion and success within the marketplace.

At White Label Agency (WLA), we provide white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US. Our team has produced 5,000+ WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of 1 developer in 2013 to our current size of 170+ WordPress Professionals.

WLA prides itself on providing flexible capacity to meet the demands of the agencies we choose to partner with. That demand has been steadily increasing and expanding into other services besides website development, including ongoing WordPress website maintenance services.

Examples of tasks

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers who fit WLA’s target market criteria.
  • Outreach: Reaching out to leads via phone (cold calling), email or other communication channels to introduce and present our company.
  • Qualification: Determine whether leads are a good fit for WLA’s offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to hand off qualified leads by scheduling meetings in.
  • Continuous improvement: Continuously refining and improving your prospecting and outreach techniques based on data analysis and feedback.

Relevant experience: 

  • Sales Experience: Proven work experience as a SDR or similar role with hands on experience with cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.

  • Lead Generation Skills: Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build a positive reputation with prospects.

14:00-23:00 Monday-Tuesday

09:00-18:00 Wednesday-Friday
