Lee D. Harris

Lee D. Harris has a long and varied career in the business world. In 2021, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of White Lion Tea. Prior to that, they were the Founder, Chairman of XLR8 Growth Partners, LLC from 2011 to 2020. During their time there, they managed state and federal grant and tax incentives, resulting in over $100M in cash incentives and tax rebates for their clients. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer of SPRQPoint Ventures. From 2001 to 2011, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Evolution Capital Partners, LLC. In this role, they helped entrepreneurial businesses transform their organizations by providing a foundation for growth through process and the Five Pillars of Business Freedom. Lee D. also consulted with, provided capital and/or acquired struggling businesses.

Lee D. Harris obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Gonzaga University, where they studied Marketing. Lee D. then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Chicago, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics.
