Roger Hoang

Roger Hoang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and information technology, currently serving as the POS Systems Manager at White Spot since June 2011. In addition to overseeing POS systems and financial forecasting, Roger has held various roles including POS/IT Coordinator and Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing restaurant operations, local store marketing, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Earlier experience includes working in donor services at BC Children's Hospital Foundation, handling donation processing and account maintenance. Roger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Health Sciences from Douglas College, earned between 2012 and 2015.
