Thomas Völker has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on digitalization and business transformation. Thomas is currently the Chief Product Officer at Whitebox - Ihre digitale Vermögensverwaltung. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at BrickBite. Thomas also served as the Managing Director and Country Head (GER) at Moneyfarm. Thomas has held various senior roles at Deloitte Consulting and Capco, where they contributed to asset and wealth management consulting and delivered innovative solutions in the financial services industry. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at 10EQS, undertaking project-based assignments for top-tier companies. Thomas began their career at Sparkasse-Finanzgruppe and later joined Commerzbank AG as a Private Banker. Overall, they have a strong background in product management, sales, and banking operations.

Thomas Völker holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management and Financial Markets from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Fachabitur degree in Wirtschaft und Verwaltung from Fachoberschule Groß-Gerau from 2007 to 2008. Thomas also has a Bankkaufmann/Certified Banking Professional certification from Berufsschule Groß-Gerau, focused on Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen, which they earned from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold an Open Water Diver certification from PADI, acquired in 2014.
