Griffin Day has a diverse work experience in the fields of healthcare recruitment and client services. In 2019, Griffin started working at ALKU as a Medical Device Recruiter, focusing on placing high-level experts in quality and compliance, regulatory affairs, and validation roles within the medical device and diagnostics industry. Griffin prioritized building strong relationships with both consultants and clients in order to establish successful partnerships. In 2020, Griffin transitioned to the role of Medical Device Account Manager at ALKU, where they continued to support consultants in their career development and provided challenging opportunities for professional growth. In 2022, Griffin became an Enterprise IT Program Manager at ALKU, overseeing large-scale IT projects. In 2023, Griffin joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as an Account Executive for a brief period before moving on to WhiteCap Search. At WhiteCap Search, Griffin currently holds the role of Director of Client Services, specializing in healthcare recruitment across various areas such as physicians, advanced practice, nursing, and finance.

Griffin Day attended James Madison University from 2016 to 2020. During this time, Griffin studied Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies, and obtained a degree in wrtc.
