Maud Thouverez

Maud Thouverez currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at WhiteLab Genomics, a role initiated in November 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a global HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives and promoting the corporate culture and values. Prior to this position, Maud Thouverez worked at OneSpan as the HR and Health Safety Manager from June 2022 to October 2023, focusing on HR initiatives and leading a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Accedian, where Maud Thouverez ensured compliance with local regulations across multiple locations, and at Clear Destination, where the HR function was established and recruitment processes were developed. Earlier in the career, at Agile MV, Maud Thouverez was instrumental in creating the HR department, contributing to significant company growth.
