Gideon van der Sluis is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success - International at Mend since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading a global team and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes establishing the customer success department at BLEND Localization and directing global customer success strategies at Kryon and Fieldbit, driving retention and revenue growth. With a career spanning over a decade in various roles in customer success and project management, Gideon has demonstrated expertise in building teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across EMEA and APAC regions. Holding a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and admission to the Israel Bar Association, Gideon also has a background in legal affairs and operations management.
