Rita Teixeira

Rita Teixeira serves as a Senior Legal Manager at Whitestar Asset Solutions since November 2013, focusing on executive, judicial, and fiscal actions to recover credit, particularly addressing Break-in situations and validating rental contracts post-judicial sale. Prior to this role, Rita worked at FCA CAPITAL Portugal from November 2010 to November 2013 as an Assistant in the Credit Recovery Department, providing legal support in negotiations and credit recovery efforts while minimizing executive actions through extrajudicial agreements. Rita began legal practice at CPGL Sociedade de Advogados rl from February 2009 to April 2012, handling various legal areas with an emphasis on Labor, Criminal, and Tax Law, and participating in trials and procedural tasks. Rita holds a Licentiate degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, completed in 2007.
