Laurel Marshall is a seasoned human resources leader and executive coach with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation across various global companies. Currently serving as the Head of Asia Region Human Resources at Intuitive, Marshall also founded Be Inspired! Coaching & Consulting, LLC, focusing on brain-based leadership and empowerment coaching. As an advisor to the Executive Board of Whitewater Reinventions, Marshall provides strategic advice to organizations navigating technological disruptions. Previous roles include Vice President of Global People & Culture at Teradata and Vice President of Global Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where significant HR strategies and transformations were implemented to support multi-billion dollar enterprises. Educational credentials include a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego.
