Christina Rajotte

Christina Buff Rajotte is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in development and marketing. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center since May 2023, Christina has also held the same title at Equinox Inc. Albany since March 2013, where previous roles included Senior Director and Director of Development and Marketing. Christina's notable leadership positions include Vice President and member of the Board of Education at Shenendehowa Central School District from July 2015 to May 2021. Additional roles include various directorships in marketing, major gifts, and annual giving at organizations such as the Center for Disability Services and The Community Hospice, among others. Christina holds a BA in Communications & Journalism from St. John Fisher University and has a strong foundation in community outreach and event coordination established early in the career.
