Mo has worked in various organizations such as Human Rights First, Cognizant Ventures, Doctors Without Borders, Ronald McDonald House New York, Seton Hall University, and currently at Whitney Museum of American Art. Mo's expertise includes compensation management, HRIS, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
