Nick Holmes has extensive legal experience in the art sector, currently serving as General Counsel for the Whitney Museum of American Art since 2003. Prior to this role, Nick worked as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from 2000 to 2003 and gained initial legal experience as a Legal Assistant at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from 1995 to 1997. Nick's career in the arts began as an Andrew W. Mellon Intern and Exhibitions Department Assistant at the Michael C. Carlos Museum, Emory University, from 1992 to 1995.
